Booked this hotel via OYO app but had to pay extra 600rs at the reception. They denied service without extra payment. The room was dirty, bathroom was stinking and the taps were leaking. No regards for cleanliness. Pillows didn’t even had any covers and the blanket was brown because of dirt. Staff was rude and non-cooperative.

This was one of the go to hotels for stay, for majorly one reason that is fairly nearby to the EON IT park so for hybrid working people could simply stay here for day or two and visit office.. another thing is that they could adjust 3 people in sharing for a good price and if it's one of the bigger room then I guess 4-5 people can share too. The hotel has been revamped a bit with few upgrades in the rooms and adjoining bathrooms.. One more good thing is the hot and cold shower available 24hrs, though some of the rooms may have bit of broken taps... One advise for the lift at the hotel is that not more than 2 people should be in it or else it may get stuck anytime if it does not hold the weight.

Booked by oyo in cheap rates but as we entered in, the staff asked me for extra pay of around 600 rupees. then I contacted oyo customer care and the issue was taken care by oyo cuetomer care but it took around more than 1 hour. but finally we don't have to pay any extra charge. We booked luxuary room but the oyo staff allocated us simple room apart everything was good in this hotel. They have their own kitchen so we orderd food and it got deleverd on time and food was very tasty and good in quantity. RO water facility was there in this oyo. Best place for stay.

I booked from oyo for 22 dec 2023. But when I came here to checkin receptionist told they don't take any bookings by Oyo as we charge more what is mentioned in Oyo. After spending around more then 30 minutes outside I tried to call Oyo customer care somehow they accepted my booking after that. But rooms was not properly near and clean . Smells was coming from bedsheets and floor was not clean. I asked them for water bottle they were giving me some local brand not bislery,balley,aquafina etc and they too pricing more then what is mentioned in water bottle. I booked because I saw one comment 2 month ago with same experience and they replied they are taking steps to improve.But I don't think they will ever.
