The manager Mr. Krishna is highly unprofessional. "Ideally ek gawar manager aur shayad usse aur bura" They verbally abuse and go back on their commitment and threaten the person who is booking. The owner Mr. Pathak is also the same and ignores if a customer is telling them about this . The Room as indicated in image is nowhere near and doesn't include basic amenities

Please dont go to this hotel. They will not allow you entry even if you have confirmed booking. They will ask you to cancel it and then pay higher amount for booking in cash. They will not cancel it on their own. They will always say that they are having some app related issues so your booking is not confirmed. I have experienced it myself. The boy at reception is very arrogant and he does not know how to behave with customers properly. Inhe lagta hai ki koi ahsaan kar rhe hai kamra deke. Beware of this fake hotel. Oyo should cancel its agreement with this hotel. This place deserves negative star rating.
