DO NOT BOOK. If you are looking for hotels look on other apps. Do not book from OYO. Especially not this hotel. Terrible service, rude staff. Bad customer experience with oyo. For those who want a summary of the reviews, they have asked to pay extra from nearly everyone citing one reason or another Absolutely terrible experience. Had booked a hotel in Indore. It was showing rs539 on the app. I called and confirmed with customer service. On reaching the location they demanded 500 extra. I tried reaching customer service. No solution. They said they cannot do anything. How does this make sense? And if you can't do anything why are the customer service reps not aware. I was stranded with nowhere to go. They even said they would refund but never did. Again I tried calling them, but there was a new person, I had to explain him the situation again cuz they cannot transfer the call to the previous person. After I explain him he asks for time to check and never calls back, and I can't call back because I will get a new person. Absolutely stupid Customer Service. Coming to the hotel, the staff were extremely rude and refused entry, no sense of hospitality.

Good place. You can have rooms for all stuffs like company meetings or as a tourists Rooms are good with wifi facilities and beds are comfy.

They are totally unprofessional actually I got accident by which am hospitalised and am unable yo collect my luggage from room i send one of my known yo go and collect luggage from hotel just after 1 hr they denied to give my luggage and infact they charged Rs800 more just because of 1 hr extended now you trll me am hospitalised how can i go and collect luggage on time
