The hotel manager is arrogant and not cooperative. They do not allow check-in for low-tariff guests at first, you have to fight to get checked in. The hotel staff and manager's behavior was terrible. He make you feel like you owe something to him and living without paying money. Hotel rooms are very dirty and not cleaned properly without proper ventilation and fans. Rooms have less natural light. While on application photos look very attractive.

Really a bad experience. They first refused to accept my booking saying that i have to pay extra as they do not honor oyo rates. When I refused to pay extra, they said I will have to wait as the room were not ready. When I ssid I am planning to stay for a week, they showed me a room and said i will have to pay extra than the oyo rates. I agreed just to get the room for my one night booking through oyo. Room was pretty bad. Bed was broken, window glass in bathroom was completely broken and was covered by a curtain. Bad smell and cockroach on bed. Simply pathetic. Oyo should delist these hotels and take action.

Manager is Fraud.. My booking for 2 adults and manager said that booking is for only 1 adult so I've to pay extra money.. please be aware. Because hotel management can edit your booking and literally he is cheater. So be careful
