Please do not risk ruining your trip with this hotel. I booked multiple rooms and after taking a long train ride, one hour before arriving they are like sorry we cannot accommodate since we have water issues. Imagine a family of 8 people suddenly having nowhere to go. I don’t know how they have 4 star rating on Google but I can tell you. It simply is not worth booking this property

One of the worst experience we had in this hotel. Firstly, the rooms were not cleaned. The stuffs like socks, tooth brushes and tongue cleaners from previous guests were left as it is. The rooms had really bad odour and the water tasted rusty and appeared very brown which was not eligible to be used for cleaning. The staff were rude when asked for any service. They don't give towels, soaps, tooth paste, until you ask. And Need to keep asking them multiple times. They won't cancel ur booking so think 100 times before booking this hotel. AC remotes won't work. TVs don't work. Getting this issues fixed and rooms cleaned itself takes half of ur time.

2 things that bothered me so much to stay here is smell and hygiene, room stinks like mold and water is an another headache, it was really scary to use the water for any purpose as it smells like public drainage. Also never take complimentary breakfast here as it doesn't taste good and they will wrap it in a plastic paper, but dinner which we ordered was brought to us along with plates which was again not tasty), also you can find all sizes of cokroaches in wardrobe and in the corridor walking all the day. Overall dnt even keep this hotel as your second option to stay and ruine your trip.

Don't go to this place if I have another option.. this has very poor maintance.. the room boys changed the bedsheets only after we insisting him to do so..the earlier one was so used wrinkled and soiled... None of the things were good ac was not properly working, there were used wrappers in the washroom.. the suit room door and washroom door dint had a lock ...the sofa was not cleaned for ages... It's doesn't maintain any of the standards it has enlisted
