During my stay, I encountered several serious problems: 1. **Overcharging**: I was charged extra when I booked my room online and paid in advance. This practice is not in line with the transparency and fairness I associate with OYO. 2. **Hygiene Issues**: The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. The linens smelled terribly, and it was clear that the rooms had not been adequately cleaned. 3. **Bathroom Condition**: The bathroom was in an unacceptable state with no working showers, making it impossible to take a comfortable and refreshing bath. 4. **Non-Functioning AC**: The air conditioning unit in my room was not working properly and failed to cool the room, even after running it for hours. 5. **Missing Amenities**: There was no television in my room, which is a basic amenity I expect at an OYO property. 6. **Dirty Towels and Bed Sheets**: The towels and bed sheets provided were also unclean, further contributing to the overall discomfort. Additionally, I believe that the pictures of the hotel presented online are misleading, as they do not reflect the current condition of the property. If an OYO representative were to visit the hotel now, they would likely not recognize it from the outdated images. I am deeply disappointed by this experience, as I have been a loyal OYO customer for a long time and have generally had positive experiences with your brand. However, this stay has left me feeling that I wasted my money and was deceived by the hotel management's false representation. I kindly request that you investigate these issues promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such substandard experiences do not tarnish OYO's reputation in the future. I also expect a refund or compensation for the extra charges and the overall inconvenience caused during my stay.
