Rooms were nice and location was worst. very near to indore railway station 🚉 . Charged around 1200/day A/C room for 3 people. No hot water facility.

Check in: Booked hotel through Make My Trip, but hotel denied check in when reached the hotel with family. Hotel owner said he doesn't consider online booking through Oyo or any other platform. He asked for extra payment to allow check in. Room: Room was good but bedsheet and towel were torn and no toiletries were provided. Locality: It is located near Railway station but crowded with local hardware shops. Conclusion: Never book this hotel online or make payment before check in. Experience: Worst experience for the first time through online booking. Special Thanks: I would appreciate the support provided by MMT and they have reimbursed the extra payment made while check in.
