The worst experience ever no room service They closed their gate at 12 o clock at night Not consider online payment in oyo you have to pay on hotel then they will only allow you to checkin

The worst experience one could have. 1. Firstly the rooms were not at all the way as shown on the website, they were stinking without any amenities. No tower, no soap, not even a bedsheet. 2. The receptionist was the most shady part of the this oyo. And at the time of checkout he asked to see my phone to check the reservation on the Oyo App - just while he was using my phone I realised that instead he was trying to give a rating to the property on my behalf. I had to forcibly take my phone back and run as the guy was adamant to give the rating from my phone. It was just the worst experience one could ever have

DTH was not functional. Geyser wasn't working. Food Service is Pathetic. Toiletries were not properly provided. Sealed Water bottles were not available. When i extened by booking, the property manager did not accepted the price showing in OYO App and took around 1000/- Rs extra.
