This is worst experience. I suggest do not plan your trip based on OYO confirmation. They have super idiotic algorithm running their application where it will show unbelievable low prices and if you book that, end of the day property owner either deny checkin or ask you to cancel booking. If you call customer care that's a nightmare experience. ***My valuable suggestion if you still want book from OYO: 1. Do not pay either on website or to customer care Gpay. Just block the room and pay at site. 2. once booking is confirmed call the property owner/reception and confirm if they allow checkin. 3. If they deny, cancel at earliest and go to step 1. *** Literally property owners are abusing OYO for all their practices.
