Hotel O Shannu Residency

One of the most unpleasant experiences during my stay. The rooms were excessively dirty and cramped, while the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. The reception staff were visibly intoxicated and didn't bother to provide soap. I had to wait for over 20 minutes to complete the check-in process. Initially, the receptionist was extremely rude and demanded additional money. Despite informing him that I had already paid, he insisted on an extra 500, which I refused. As he recorded details in the register, his hands trembled, due to his prior alcohol consumption. The stay was far from secure, given that the building was still under construction, and the people were unhelpful and very unprofessional. After calling to 3-4 times over the phone call, the reception came with shaky and flamboyant eyes. Additionally, the bed was poorly maintained, noisy, hard and cranky. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty. The bed was full of dirt, hair lying over. ACs are not working. Room full of mosquitoes, and they didn't even provide mosquito repellent. TV not working. They didn't even provide drinking water or plates for having dinner. If any of you are seeking redemption after your stay, you can go ahead and book, and thank me later. One of the tools of any scam going on with this hotel is that I think some reviewers who gave 5 stars are their own people who are just trying to dupe the customers with false reviews. If you go through the reviews one by one, you can surely make out that the reviews are scripted.
