Worst hotel of my life...never book hotel rooms here ...owner andstaff are so arrogant....untidy rooms and bathrooms... unpleasant smell comes from rooms..overall a GHATIYA HOTEL...

I checked into this hotel last month and was a bit worried after reading the reviews, but later as I experienced, each and every point was taken care of. Toilets were clean, room was clean, ac was working properly, and also the telivsion. Staff was also very helpful and taking care of all the needs of the customer. So, as I told the receptionist, I will write a nice review.. Here I am😅 but a bit late. Only one thing lacks is the locality, rest everything was up to the mark. They provide a good service for the amount they charge 👍🏻

The rooms were amazing and the staff was well behaved. I didnt opt for luch but the dinner was great. The checkout time is 11 am so you can wake up late. The staff is linient and are a great example of hospitality. You can stay there whoever you want.

To be honest, this hotel is situated at sector 52, which is not good. The area is quite rushy, and seems like a slum area. Moreover, there's a lot of hotels in this sector, so there's no way to know the authenticity of it. As according to room, the rooms were good. I better say ok ok. Plus the bathrooms were not tidy and clean. We requested to hotel receptionist to show other room, but come out to be true like the first one. So in short, the hotel suffers a lot by its locality as well as in its own way.
