Worst experience had in my life last night .Their service is really bad, rooms are complet mess and they don't maintain rooms properly. We found used condoms, Employees are Rude they don't know how to behave with customers. We book the rooms and we payed the amount vie OYO,but when we reache their they change the price. If we want to get the room we have to pay extra money.The money is nonrefundable So we don't have any other choice. Be careful !!😡

Worst of the worst experience. Even if you booked room with OYO and payed in advance, they will ask you for more money. If you refuse to pay, they do not let you check-in. I had a very horrific experience with OYO Townhall hotel. Worst if you are with family and no place to go and have to pay more in middle of the night. DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE. After so many arguments, what they provided was a very stinky room, with no proper AC or FAN. It was completely different against what was shown in advertising on OYO website. EDIT: They replied back on my review with the same generic message that they sent to all customer. Totally Disappointed!

Opted for this during a transit as this place is close to shanti nagar bus station. The staff were rude to begin with. I had already informed that I will leave late night and had taken this place as I had luggage and wanted to go around Bangalore. They asked me to overpay over the booking amount when denied made me wait for over an hour saying rooms are not ready.

Very worst experience I will not recomende this hotel , this kind worst staff behaviour . I have booked room from OYO but in OYO the rate is different . But after reaching the location these fellows wer demand for more money if u don’t accept he’ll cancel the room booking like that these are talking , after travelling from long distnse without night sleep after reaching reception these fellows are talking like thing , by requesting also they don’t bother , they need money only . OYO also very worst appp please don’t book from OYO also , go to hotel directly see the room then book but very worst experience here .

I had booked the room from Oyo app for 5 nights, the hotel owner asked me to pay extra Rs. 200 per night as the rooms were listed on discounted amount in OYO. Since I was alone i declined I told I will be booking another hotel then he allowed me to Check IN. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE RISK OF BOOKING THE ROOM ONLINE, These people will blackmail you to pay extra once you reach. The owner didn't provide me with AC remote, there is no gyser and hot water is provided using SOLAR heater, so if there is no sun you wont get hot water. Very bad experience, do not risk and spoil your trip by booking this hotel.
