I had an utterly disappointing experience at this hotel. To begin with, the reception staff displayed a complete lack of manners and politeness. Their communication skills were abysmal, and they showed zero respect during our interactions. Adding to the frustration, they demanded the entire room rent upfront, deviating from the common practice where payment is settled upon checkout. This was very unwelcoming. Seeking a resolution, I inquired about contacting the owner or a senior authority. Shockingly, the receptionists claimed to be the owners themselves and carried themselves in a manner that resembled anything but professionalism. To make matters worse, they assigned me the filthiest room in the hotel when better-quality rooms were available. Dust clung to the curtains and worn out furniture, moisture pervaded the room, linens were damp, the washroom's soap dispenser lay broken, and the room's door lock was dysfunctional. It's clear that the owner, Mr. H L Mahajan, urgently needs to instill basic manners and etiquette within his staff at reception, a fundamental requirement in the hospitality industry. Furthermore, Ms. Shikha Mahajan, as the brand manager, should take immediate action against the reception staff's disgraceful behavior as they are leaving no stone unturned in tarnishing the hotel's brand. My sincere advice to all prospective guests: steer clear of this establishment. In the same price range, you can find far better accommodations with professional staff in Chandigarh. This hotel is a regrettable choice that should be avoided at all costs.

They are giving the best Service. Staff is polite and knows how to deal with the guests. Food is very tasty. Much Appreciated
