This hotel is hiring agency to increase ratings. Don't go there by ratings. I got below whatsapp message for this hotel.... You only need to provide reviews for the businesses we offer on Google Maps. For each review, we will pay you between 50 INR and 400 INR. Upon completing these tasks, you will earn at least 2000 rupees as additional income each day

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. There were significant delays in service throughout my stay, making it hard to enjoy any aspect of the stay i ordered black coffee for which they took 45 minutes and for my partner cold coffee they took 10 minutes but nothing was in it not even coffee also they don't have straw. What was even more disheartening was the behavior of the staff. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism, often using bad language with clients saying(reception mid age man said- ye dhaba nhi hai,muh utha k ajate ho, kuch bhi apne mann se kar loge). It was shocking and unacceptable to witness such behavior in a hospitality establishment. Additionally, the hotel has a strict policy of not allowing visitors, which was inconvenient and inflexible, especially when I wanted to meet friends or family during my stay. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing this hotel. The poor service, staff behavior, and restrictive visitor policy overshadow any potential positive aspects. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements.
