We booked a suite room with 2 double beds and the room was nice with comfortable beds. We were provided early check-in to freshen up since they had room vacant. Call them and book to get a cheaper deal. Didn't have breakfast so not across it.

A fantastic hotel with easy accessible location, budget-friendly price, and cleanliness. I stayed here for one night and the services were quite good. They allowed me an early morning check-in without any additional charges.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. I feel compelled to share my feedback in the hope that it might lead to improvements in their service. 1. Room Cleanliness: The rooms were shockingly untidy upon arrival, with visible signs of neglect. Not what you’d expect from a reputable establishment. 2. Lack of Housekeeping: It took an astonishing 10 reminders to the staff before our room was finally cleaned. Unacceptable and inconvenient. 3. Security Concerns: Our room was found wide open at 10 pm, just as we left it at 12 noon. A clear security breach that left us deeply unsettled. 4. Unsupportive Customer Care: The customer care service was unhelpful and unsupportive throughout our stay, which only added to our frustration. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a subpar level of service and disregard for guests’ well-being is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements to prevent others from having similar experiences.

This hotel is located in a shopping centre on the 2nd and 3rd floor. They have an elevator as well as direct stairs connectivity. This is a very budget hotel where you can stay only with your friends or solo. Honestly, I dont recommend this hotel for families and couples. The staff was a bit rude but perhaps, that’s how people speak in Ahmedabad. The service was prompt though. The rooms were clean and properly maintained but they had no view whatsoever. They provided just towels and soaps in bathroom amenities. We requested for an early check in which was denied first saying that there were no rooms available but then magically provided after we offered to pay more 😂 Overall, a decent hotel for a 1-2 day trip with friends. Nothing out of the ordinary.
