Must read this review before booking this hotel. :- Worst worst worst experience ever👿...worst management..we booked 3 rooms for 2 days at this hotel..and we informed the manager that we are returning from long journey so we are going to be late...but when we arrived hotel at around 1:00 am at night the reception boy told us that all rooms are full...we showed our booking receipt but he was repeating the thing again and again...how can they do that...as we already paid for the rooms in advance...we were exhausted tired we had 3 small children they were crying...after so much arguments and giving threats about calling cops...he convinced to give us a room which had capacity of 6 person but the room wasn't in working condition it was horrible..the bathroom was in very bad condition ...after so much arguments we luckily got 3 rooms next day...and the manager wasn't picking up the fon at that night and next day even he didn't apologize for his mistake...we were so angry and exhausted... So guys never book this hotel if u want smooth trip...cz our trip was ruined....i would like to give minus ratings if possible😏

We had recently stayed in this hotel.....The experience was horrible.....we were disappointed to see that even basic facilities like hot water in bathroom ,flush ,glasses for drinking water, drinking water were not provided properly.....despite the complaints it was overlooked and not addressed. Moreover not even basic cleaning was done everyday we stayed for 4 nights and rooms and bathrooms were so dirty only bedsheets were arranged as cleaning..

Excellent staying experience with hotel Paradise. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained...all staff is very helpful and services given by staff are satisfactory.. Vehicles service provided was also very good. Driver Mr Rafik was also cooperative.. Special thanks to Mr. Vikas ji Jain from all of us, You made our trip memorable.... I recommend to visit this Hotel Paradise.
