I definitely give this place negative rating. Worst place to stay. 0 hygiene. Room are not clean at all. There is a bad smell in room. Staff behaviour is also not good. If anyone is thinking to book this place I strongly recommend please don't. Pathetic experience.

10 am i booked hotel weather was very cold. I call hotel. He assured me check inn. But when i reached hotel he demanded 300 rs extra or checkinn 12 oclock He told me to go out side the hotel in cold and come back at 12. When I asked It is very cold out side. He begins to utter foul language When i asked him not to use such word Their staff become aggressive And threatened me to break my bone in my old age कि अपने बुढ़ापे का ख्याल करो तुम्हारी हड्डी तोड़ दी जाएगी in front of some विधांशु गुप्ता might be one of the owner He told me he has good relations with a politition बृजेश पाठक AFTER CHECK OUT RECEPTIONIST TOOK MY PHONE TO CHECK OUT FROM MY PHONE HE LIED THIS AND RATE MY STAY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE DONT GO THERE VERY VECIOUS PEOPLE DABANG HAI LUCKNOW KE AGAR MAAR PEET KAR DI AAPKE SAATH KYA KAR LOGE

Very dirty rooms, smell bad, The receptionist asked for my phone for completion of the booking, and rated himself, So please don't believe the rating, such a notorious act by staff. Feel very bad 😞

If there was zero rating, I would have given it. Worst hotel ever went. I went at night. Guy at the reception was intimidating. I went solo, so there was not much worry. I don't recommend this hotel for family. Rooms were very very very dirty. Bedsheets never been changed. You will feel nauseated if you see the condition of bathroom. I went at 0300 hrs. Early morning I vacated the hotel and went.
