I booked two rooms. Facilities are not good. Every hotel will provide an iron box. They also offered. He was reminded again after half an hour after entering the room. He promised to give it again. When I asked again after an hour, I was told that it was not available. Most electric plugs are useless. The window curtains are torn and worn. There was even mud in some places. There is not even a stand to hold soap in the bathroom. There was a kettle for boiling tea in one room. Asked in other room but did not give. Nowadays Even the small hotels are giving dental set. It was not available there. They will not be given the corresponding facility . But the room rent was high. We paid the rent before we reached there. After paying in advance and showing the transaction number, there was a delay in vacating. We could stay till 12 noon but we vacated early in the morning. No restaurant facility.

Honestly nothing great. The rooms were average, cracked walls due to water-seepage. A stained back-rest on the bed and stains on the sheets. The bathroom was reasonably clean. The biggest gripe for me were the multiple cockroaches in the room! I managed to kill 2, but they seemed to be many more coming out of the drain in the bathroom. No in house dining, no intercom in the room to call the reception/room service. As a first time visitor to the area I was a little disappointed. The only plus point was the location. It was adequately situated for me and my multiple destinations.

Rundown hotel, rooms was not clean when allotted ( #501 on 21.01.2024). Requested reception to cleaning when I go to dinnner. But it was not done. Small cocokrach in bathroom. Overall not worth the price they ask. Basic linen cleaning and room cleaning is not considered seriously.. though booking was for two night, I have checked out with one night stay. When complained at reception, management changed, no staffing…new recruits happening! Why not close and open when they are ready to take booking?

Third class hotel and service. No option of giving less than 0 stars, hence giving this Room wasn't ready with linen, towels, etc. When I asked towel they served me used one by other guest and was stinking badly. I again asked but situation was same , they are cheaters. Room not even equipped with basic amenities like Soap, Shampoo, tea bags, etc. Wifi not working, dustbin not available. Pathetic, third class, do not stay, .... There nothing but disappointment

The service here was horrible and horrifying we checked in to find they had nothing replaced after the last guest checked out the toilets filthy, used sheets cockroaches roaming around the dirty room, no towels no toiletries we had booked 3 rooms same condition we kept requesting and every time same answer the gave was, it will be done in next 30 min we got tired after 6 hrs of constant asking out stuff and then planned to move out because it was the same case for all guests here everyone was in lobby shouting and still they did nothing never have seen such bad experience ever before. Please never get here. As drinking water was also not provided
