Way below 3 stars, no room service at all, no cleanliness, people should in gallery, too much noisy, other room’s noise comes in your room and room is as small as match box. And way to expensively giving all these services.

4 km from old city you can reach easily with tuktuk I. Half an hour. Close to a very useful mall for restaurants ( Burger King McDonald kfc and others) staff very friendly and useful to get information for a visit in the old city.

Room size is very small. Need based services are provided but with lukewarm.Limited items/choices are provided in the BF & Dinner

This is the worst hotel all over India we have come across….. We have traveled all over India and stayed in many hotels, never had this type of bad service to customers.. I am a senior citizen above 65 and husband above 70 years, had a very bitter and painful experience at hotel Park plaza Varanasi Cantonment.. Thru some known person we booked room in this hotel between 15th feb to 19th feb 2023. Four days we were made to climb the stairs to 3rd floor up and down….every time we were promised that lift would become alright by evening/morning… We requested to accommodate at least in the ground/first floor….our request was turned down telling lift will be set right .but after continuous follow up, only on the date of check out lift was repaired… Think about the plight of others!!!! Without our taking breakfast, we were charged for the breakfast… Trying to loot public…. Shame on the part of those who are running this hotel…for having made seniors to climb up n down the steps…. So merciless and money minded hotel one should never ever visit….
