I got homely environment in this hotel. Staff members are good. They talk with customers in good manners that shows their good humanity. Hospitality is good. It's a safe and secured hotel for me. I am very thankful to each and everyone of this hotel.

This place is the biggest scam I have been to. They said it's a 4 Star property and charged me 7000 for 1.5 days. And they said that was a discounted price. You can maybe rate them a two star at the very most if i am being nice to them. But honestly not even that. Absolute ripp off. I only paid cos I checked in after a long flight and wanted to get some rest at the earliest. And even the food is below average. Don't ever make a mistake of going there. If given a chance I would give them a 0 rating. Not even 1 honestly.

I booked this hotel through make my trip. It was my worst experience in my life. It is also called hotel park tree near IGI airport through online booking. When we reached there, they made us wait for about 1/2 an hour. They they told us that no rooms are available and they provided us seperate small rooms at nearby hotel on first floor without lift. We had to carry our own heavy luggage by ourselves. If it was possible I would give them - stars. Worst experience.

I had very bad experience in this hotel.. Rooms are very pathetic and persons managing hotel are not professionals but simply not knowing hospitality industry.. They don't attend the room service calls and don't know how to run the hotel business Washrooms are like public lavotary ( Pathetic) You can get a better hotel in Mahipalpur in 5000+ Taxes .. So don't waste time in visiting the hotel and I am sure later you will regret it.

The management says there hotel is a 4star category, I think they doesn't know the rating abcd of hotels. Rooms have water leakage, proper room cleaning service is not done. And the worst part is the services is third class services even after complain , the service is pathetic even irctc service are better then their service. One incident they doesn't serve breakfast even after 4time call and wait time of 1.5 hours. There are much better options available, they are running through setting with airport cab, taxi driver.. One of the worst service till now received.
