We have been staying at this hotel from 2020. We have never had a problem. The owner is also very cooperative and the hotel staffs are also very good, but this time the entire experience was extremely bad. Apparently they have this receptionist who has no understanding whatsoever of how things work in a hotel. She was extremely rude. She will sinle handedly ruin the hotel.

Hotel is fine, not a huge complaints. But scope for improvement. Firstly they should remove so called "Restaurant Park" not registered and dont think any fssai certificate and worst ever food but shensahi bhar kar hai. Dont ever think for having service from this restaurant, if you stay in hotel park.

The night manager over there is not cooperative, even while booking they don’t give you proper instructions regarding how their check in and check out time works No proper value per room.I will recommend to all the couple and family to not to go over there. There are way better hotels in indore Compared to this
