The initial encounter with Hotel Parth Inn proved to be disheartening, as the experience for my relatives was quite distressing. Upon personally inspecting the rooms and making a reservation through Goibibo, the property manager and owner were not appreciative of booking the property through goibibo. Upon calling Mr. Ankur Goyal, the owner, he displayed a lack of customer handling, and responded very unprofessionally during a call about the booking, raising his voice, shouted for no reasons and abruptly ending the conversation. The stay itself was nothing short of a nightmare - the establishment appeared unprofessionally managed and unhygienic, with rooms plagued by unaddressed mosquito infestations. Requests to rectify the mosquito issue went unheeded, portraying a disregard for guest concerns. Not only was the property's upkeep questionable, but the behavior of the owner was alarming and cast doubts on the safety and security of guests. Consequently, I strongly advise against considering this place for family stays due to potential deception and the distressing behavior exhibited by the owner. Upon reporting the ordeal to Goibibo, they issued a credit note following an investigation, indicating a commitment to taking stringent action against such unsatisfactory service.
