Location are prime and easy to find and accessible which is hardly 1.5 km from airport and well connected with highway as well. Staff with good manner and even food quality are up to mark... must visit and enjoy their buffet dinner as well which is poclet friendly for family

My family and I, from the US, stayed here. Our suite was spacious and clean. We had breakfast and dinner at the Bistro almost every day. The buffet was fantastic and service excellent. The staff was patient with our Americanized English. I would highly recommend staying here.

In the first place be careful about booking the place I've not had food yet. Room is fine but carpets are dirty & there was a musty smell. To add on I have a driver & I checked in very late at 6:15 pm & would leave by 10 am & requested for reducing driver room charges. Mostly wherever I have travelled rooms for drivers are free. The front office customer service executive was rude & was not even hearing when I asked for reduction in driver charges as it's a late checkin & early check out I have now spoken to GM Mr Mithilesh Singh & which got resolved later. I've come from Bodh Gaya in the same state where there were no charges! Most of the hotels do not have any charges & it's high time people in customer service know how to communicate with customers! Overall st the onset a bad experience Buffet dinner a tad below average with only good one was a Chilly paneer in starter which just disappeared after 2 pcs & when I asked again came back in meagre quantity after 15 mins. In main course only Rarha chicken & gulab jamoon was good. I came at 8:40 pm & was told will be served post a big groups exit. Buffet order should not be taken if they cannot serve you. For the prices very disappointed, not recommended at all
