We kept a family get together party @ the Restaurant ( Hall )and the arrangements and food was awesome. The boys were co operative in all the fields. Well experienced team and team Manager. I think our guests need to have some table manners.

I had an excellent stay at Pearlview Regency. The hotel impresses with its elegant décor and warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering all the modern amenities for a pleasant stay. Dining at the hotel was a delight, featuring a range of tasty dishes. The amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a serene pool, added to the overall experience.

Had a few events for my wedding planned at this location. Had a group of family members staying over for over 4 days of event. Amazing experience the staff made us feel at home. Will recommend planning your events here. Especially the manager Joseph helped us at every stage. Thanks for making this all successful.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional Service and Endless Delays. - - Every meal at Pearl View feels like a mystery box -Wrong orders are their specialty, not their menu. I've am frequent visitor to this restaurant, but I can't stay silent about the consistently terrible service I've encountered. It's disheartening to say the least. The staff's perpetual confusion, order mix-ups, and unhygienic food handling have become the norm. My orders have been messed up multiple times in the past few weeks, making me seriously reconsider patronising this establishment. Every visit is marred by significant delays, and my recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating. A mind-boggling 45 minutes just to get the bill prepared! The incompetence reached its peak when they couldn't resolve a simple software glitch. I repeatedly requested a manually calculated bill to expedite my exit, but my pleas fell on deaf ears. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. The entire staff seems solely focused on completing their tasks and leaving, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. It's no surprise that the place is often empty. I urge the owner to recognize the impact of such service in a small town where word of mouth can make or break a restaurant. If this continues, attracting and retaining customers will become an uphill battle. Please employ trained staff at the restaurant. Someone with a good smile can't do something he isn't trained to do. The only saving grace has been the parking facility.
