Worst experience.they stole my new mobile charger, the person was not accepting that he took it. Worst worst worst hotel in entire amritser .koi galti se bhi nahi Jana yaha...room was completely unclean, bedsheets ,blankets given was yakkkk ....they gave us used towel , toilet flush was not working, gyser was not working. Isse accha to garag hota hai...worst people I can say...even they stole criket bat from our one of family( somehow) they manage to find it...but I lost my charger....Babaji ki meher se ye hotel hamesha loss me hi jaye

The most dirtiest unhygienic hotel. The used bedsheets and towels are interchanged in rooms without washing. Toilet seats are cleaned with cloth filled with urine. Behind curtains and below beds have bunch of hair and dust. Worst experience and got allergies and skin rashes from this stay.

Room is very conjested and non hygienic. specially the bedcovers and all fabrics including towel and bed sheet. Water supply is not proper owner is Very rude and argumentative staff and owner. Bathrooms and Linens were very dirty,TVs are just showpiece without DTlll. Strictly do not book any room vest of money and time and mood also.rude staff, unprofessional, persons.

Very rude and argumentative staff/owner. Bathrooms and Linens were very untidy and dirty,TVs are just showpiece without DTH and Remotes. We had booked here for family trip and been provided three rooms instead of family suit; told that they do not have family suits in the hotel. Provided only one remote to control all three rooms AC after so much of arguments with staff as he told us that all the problem will be solved in day time( checked in @11:00pm)...abhi kaam chala lijiye.. Next Day when we were checking out the manager told us that we can check out only after paying all three days charges as it was initially booked for three days... however finally we checked out by paying only for one night and water charges. Strictly do not book any room with them as they can extort money with harrassment and destroy your pleasant trip.
