I attended a family function recently and my one time experience is as under. The hotel has a very limited parking place that too over the road though they provide valet service. The atmosphere was great in the rooftop party hall cum dining area and liked it very much. You can get a very good view of the Panbazar area as well. Food and catering was below what we expected. Even though they were aware of the exact no of guests, food quantity ran short and they took considerable time to replenish. Giving the feeling they are not well accustomed to handling family function. I believe they need to strengthen this area if they handle functions and small gathering in future.

We had a really bad experience at the property. Had booked a room for me and my family for one night only. Just that it was a bit last minute so didn't have much choice because we wanted to stay at Pan Bazar. The rooms are stinky, Corridors dirty, Bathroom fittings broken. Smelly blanket and linen, very old towels. They claim to be a 3 star hotel. Won't rate them anything above 1 star. Paid Rs. 4k for a room (Room #504) that shouldn't cost more than Rs. 1.5k and we were told that it was one of their best rooms. Wont recommend to anyone.

After exploring the city all day, we loved winding down at Prag Continental's lively rooftop bar. Great music, delicious cocktails, and stunning views made it the perfect evening getaway.

Excellent response and very smooth operations by the banquet team. Done several conferences with this property, the banquet team really amazing in all sort of services and even positive response to any last moment requirement also. To mention specific name - Tara Das had been very helpful through out the event"We ordered mainly Indian dishes which were all very tasty and good serving size."

Absolutely horrible experience. We stayed at the hotel for a night and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. We booked this hotel through Agoda and then the manager told us that there was only one room booked for the three of us. ( We clearly showed them the non refundable bill send by Agoda claiming two rooms were booked by our name). The manager was rude,curt and even told that we should contact Agoda for this purpose.Its a Singaporean company, how the hell do the expect us to even contact them. Location is misleading too, it's located at Pan bazar of guwahati and nowhere near to Fancy bazaar ; they are fooling you on the website. My elderly father spoke thrice in the morning to give them warm water but they water was dead cold . Imagine having to bath in cold water at 5 o clock in the morning (we had plans to offer prayers at Kamakhya temple) Food -- Stale , pale and inedible. It felt as if they just gave the food warmed in a microven. The food felt as if it was weeks old . Room service -- In one word , Devastating. It still pains me these guys took approx 7K from me but the phones weren't working. Reception,room service, restaurant no one picks up your call. There was no essential toiletries in the bathroom . The commode was unclean too. In one word, don't come to this hotel. Period.
