I went there in a package for 3 days. The rooms and the service provided were awesome and very comfortable. In our package breakfast, lunch and dinner was available, and the quality of food was awesome. The hotel and the ice cream parlour on the ground floor have good food as well. 100% one of the best hotels available in mahableshwar.

Room is average but service is good. Cleanliness need to be monitored regularly. Bed is soft and comfortable but sheets were dirty. Food is tasty and menu is good.

Location Excellent. Rooms are not maintained, leakage, stinky and smell badly. Its unhygienic. Manager is saying it is due to rainy season. Familly with kid they are providing queen size bed & saying one of husband or wife can sleep on sofa come bed. Its is not good for family. Food is OK.
