We stayed here for four days and our stay was pleasant. 1. Staff behaviour at restaurant is very polite and pleasing. 2. Food is tasty and hygienic. 3. Security and reception staff is well behaved. 4. Good location with ample parking. The only thing which disappointed me was the behaviour of two ladies from housekeeping. They did not provide good service and came for a tip on the last day of our stay. I have tipped other staff but not these ladies. Initially, they denied to provide basic toiletries to us and told us to take shower with hand wash, Ridiculous! Upon calling the reception, we got the required stuff. Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis, lethargic ladies who were busy chit chatting. When everything is so good about this hotel, why can’t they improve the housekeeping? Please work on your housekeeping service and keep young people who are polite and do their work honestly.

Stayed with family for one day (20th November 2023). The rooms were appreciably spacious with all amenities and scrupulously clean/tidy. Breakfast was with a lot of variety choices and awesome tasty Variety of dishes in menu. Reception staff including Restaurant staff very courteous and helpful. Worth the price. Would visit again next chance.

Our two-day stay at the hotel was excellent. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff, especially Priyanka and Hari at the front desk, were polite and helpful. They provided necessary amenities promptly. However, there was an issue with noise due to the hotel giving the room next to us to other guests for a short 2-3 hour party from 11 pm to 1 am. Despite our complaint at the front desk, the noise didn't reduce. I recommend checking with the front desk about potential short-term arrangements for neighboring rooms to avoid unexpected disturbances.
