I booked a room on telephone. I had asked for a nice clean non AC single accomodation. I had particularly insisted on clean and neat bathroom. Upon arrival I was given a makeshift room ( used by their staff). The linen was dirty, bathroom was shabby, no mirror, no exhaust, the floor and tiles were all dirty, some tap was leaking. Upon complaining they changed the linen. I had trouble shaving in the morning, the bathroom not at all as it should be, cramped and unkept. The room had a double bed, almirah, good dressing table, a working desk, but untidy. Next day changed into a proper room, a good bathroom, a clean and bigger room. But, one wall just behind the bed had peeling paint because of water seepage, the mirror of the dressing table was spoiled because of water seepage. I had booked a nice clean room with clean bathroom for Rs. 700/-. Had to spend one night in a makeshift room. They charged me Rs. 800/- for the changed room. Their line of thought is, if the guests require proper cleanliness and neat bathrooms, then one has to pay, above 700/- . In other words, these people do not value the guests paying 700/ per night and not entitled to a proper bathroom and a tidy room. I did meet the owner the first night. He was polite and seemed very nice. The staff are bit rude and try to dismiss everything with a careless attitude. These hotels fall in 2/3 star budget category. They are good and comfortable, but require proper maintenance and some training in good hospitality. My good wishes for them and hope they do make the guests stay more comfortable in future.

Room was okay, a bit old but definitely acceptable for the price. The staff was nice and happy to help. Location near the train station and metro, good starting point to explore Jaipur

The room was good and clean And the staff is also very good,We are only 4 girls and Our train was late and we tell them our problem they allow us to stay there for around 4-5hrs without any extra charge and the best part is that it is only 3-4min walking distance from station (exit gate) i highly recommend to stay here and if it's your girls trip you can safely stay there
