The staff are helpful and cheerful. They allowed me early check-in and late check-out without any extra charge. I felt very safe as a solo woman traveller. The location is near the railway station and Saravate bus stand. Conveniently located with lots of transport options to all parts of Indore. Though very near to a busy street it's very peaceful. Only problem was that the bath water was not hot enough seeing that it was winter with chilly winds and rains.

It was worst experience, we came with 4 families and booked 6 rooms. Water is not coming in any room, reception & service no. Is not responding, very bad behaviour by named Mohit who seated in reception. Honour behaviour is good over phone. No recommended.

Our room no was 207. Clean, according to rate, sufficient space, Moreover behaviour of all staff are very very good. You get food in the room within 15 to 30 minutes after giving order.
