1. The overall experience is disastrous. They took one week to confirm my request/booking. 2. Staff was rude and they did not show any respect to deliver the food to room instead gave reason that no one is there which is pathetic. 3. They changed me more and had to fight to get it something reduced. The more painful part was my colleague who stayed in next room charged less. 4. They do no have trained professional to take care of hospitality. 5. No value for money as service is pathetic. Recommend not to prefer this hotel.

I actually loved this location a lot. First up, the staff members were really polite 10/10 . Sometimes just the behaviour of the people around make you love the place and hence I love this place. Also the rooms were very spacious and clean, top notch hygiene. The buffet breakfast,oooof amazing. The hotel in itself looks realllyyyyy prettyyy, the hotel interior is super clean and classy. Would definitely visit this place again and suggest others as well. It has great safety as well. Also the location is good, there is reliance smart just beside which is even better

“My stay at Hotel Raj Meridian was marred by a series of deeply disappointing incidents. Upon arrival, the reception staff failed to issue a room, citing a lack of the hotel voucher from Agoda, leading to an extensive 1.5-hour wait. Eventually, the staff claimed to have found the voucher in another hotel’s email, adding unnecessary frustration to an already taxing check-in process. Furthermore, despite my booking clearly stating breakfast was included, the hotel staff refused to honor this, leaving me without the promised meal. To exacerbate matters, during check-out, the reception staff initially claimed an exorbitant food bill of 1150/-, which was disputed as my actual consumption was much lower. Despite requesting the bill, it was denied, only for the staff to call later, alleging an incorrect bill of 650/-. This back-and-forth continued, with the final amount settled at 365/-, which I promptly paid online. Overall, my experience at this hotel was deeply unsatisfactory. The level of service, particularly from the reception staff, was abysmal, marked by incompetence and miscommunication. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I would caution others against choosing Hotel Raj Meridian for their stay in Dibrugarh. Not recommend to anyone stay here. Improvement in staff training and customer service protocols is imperative to prevent similar incidents from recurring in the future.”
