Proximity to the Junagarh Fort is the biggest advantage of this hotel, apart from the huge parking space inside the premises. The room that was offered to us was serviced properly and we haven't faced the kind of issues reported by other reviewers. The hotel staff tried their best to offer good service. It may be prudent not to pre-book and check out the room beforehand. Buffet breakfast is added to the room tariff at a very nominal price. It was a perfect bed& breakfast stay for us.

Rooms were specious and good but the whole property is unmaintained. Leaking taps, faulty flush and no hot water. Best part was their pathetic service. No water, tea, coffee that was supposed to be given complimentary on check in. Hot shower was not working and they took more than an hour to deliver the bucket of water that too lookwarm. Another 40 minutes gone waste waiting for the next bucket of water. This property was once a golden property in Bikaner and now hardly you see anyone visiting this place. No wonder why people stopped coming to this place. This property is properly mismanaged.
