Very poor place. As soon as we entered the hotel there was strong whiff of cigarette smell in the room. The rooms are smelly., unclean, no electronic way to reach reception, phones in the rooms are not working. the room is with TV but yes you guessed it right, they are not functional due to faulty TVs and remote. Post complaining and requesting to change the room as i could see many others vacant, the hotel staff mentioned all rooms are sold out. Moreover we had booked room with breakfast, lunch and dinner but no intimation or timings were mentioned for any of these. Overall save yourself the harassment and choose some other hotel.

my entire experience was bad Took more money than the price told to me earlier. Room was very dirty, cleaning was not proper. The behavior of the staff was very rude I was not allowed to check in early even though the room was available.

Staying here was a bad idea, cause of low price i booked this hotel. And they extra charge me 250 cause I have reached early around 4.00 am, our check in was at 11.00am, the staff was not polite to us they charging us extra to give the rooms early. Rooms were not clean properly, toilets were dirty, when i opened the table drawers I found used condom packet inside the drawer. Please don’t stay here cause low prices, instead book another hotel.

I called on the mentioned no. of hotel to check if room is available. They said that the room is available and the charge is 300. I booked the same room online at 280. First they provided me the room on the first floor and then said that the room is different that I'd booked and then they provided me with the room on the second floor. The room is small. The room is not properly clean and the bed and blanket smells a lot. Toilets are also not cleaned properly. The room that is provided to me does not have any TV. Also this hotel doesn't have proper bike parking space with security. For my family, I don't recommend this hotel. For one who has a tight budget, can think of this hotel for stay.
