Overall a good experience. Rooms are good and food is also good. Good parking space at the City centre. Some cons are not a great sound proof room, dental kit not provided, don't have any kettle or tea/coffee maker.

It is a very dangerous experience... When it comes to parking a van ... None of the securities were available outside to check if the van is oriented well to enter through the gate during the prime time.. the van got damaged on the side ... And on being questioned.. the watchmen were so irresponsible with their behavior and were so cool in telling us to complain about them to the manager... The entrance to the place is so snug fitting and a lot of caution is expected during parking ... It is a more reputed spot... But having an unmonitored, lethargic and irresponsible watchmen... Ram international will soon lose many good customers. Very disappointing..

Location wise this is the best hotel to stay. But service wise this is not the best option. The room was not properly cleaned. Bedsheets and especially the blankets are very very old. AC is not working properly. If we set the temperature it will change automatically within a few seconds. The room service staff is good. Food is ok. But the behaviour of the restaurant staff is not at all appreciated. They have two sections in the restaurant. Even though the restaurant is crowded they will not allow you to sit in one of them. They have placed the board with "no service" and we need to wait in the other section. We have come with our baby and when we ordered milk they told us they can't parcel that to our room. Since there is no sign board for the hotel, it is difficult to identify the location.
