NEVER CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR STAY 0 It not deserve even single star 😥 A huge maintenance is needed in this hotel. OMG! Worst decision of my family to choose this disgusting haunted place. Agent suggested us to stay there. Never trust any agent in any scenario. Not safe for women. Mark my words. One of the staff was drunk at night.😒 They not know how to treat the guest. The rooms were very dirty and smell very bad. They did not provide any facilities which guest needed as they are charging a lot and give nothing at all. The furniture was damn old and need to replace. Bed was broken (LOL). There was no way to communicate them (telephone). The food served by them was not fresh and utensils have stain of yellow color.🤢 You may get ill or food poisioning in rare cases. 🥴😭 All the best in advance. Bedsheet and pillow cover were torn,full of stains and bad odour was there also. (DIRTY) They did n't wash bedsheets, pillow covers and curtains also.😓 No charging points for mobile. We used the point which was for tv. 😣 If you like stairs this place is best for you.😩 I was so tired and scared of that place. By chance if you get skin allergy after that. Stay at your own risk. I felt a lot of negativity at night. HAUNTED HOTEL for sure

Nice hotel with good services and amenities. Timely services . Room which I chose was luxury room . View from balcony is literally amazing . Food is available here you can’t order it because zomato , swiggy are not available. Taste was great .

I loved the view from the rooms and balcony. But I felt a little negative the night. Although, the hotel was really fun. You can enjoy the view from their balcony. You can sit there. You can't negotiate with the hotel manager. It was cleaned and well managed no doubt. I would recommend it.

This is a low budget but with good quality hotel. In terms of services, this hotel provide good service to the customers. The food especially Tea and Coffee is so good. They have LCD in each room with good DTH service. This hotel have a good dinning hall at each floor. The hotel staff is good. This hotel has a view of Ranjit Sagar as its name suggests. The sitting space with a view of sagar is lovely.
