Worst experience with this hotel and the staff was also very pathetic.. they don’t even provide anything even being asked for and they also charge very much for a single thing .. no cleanliness in the room throughout the day.. they don’t even provide water .. no kettle in the room.. no Wi-Fi ,, totally worsen.. it’s better to stay in a normal guest house than this hotel … just bakwaas .. they asked us to leave the room at 12 pm on the second day,, just bcoz they were having clients walking.. totally disappointed.

This hotel is situated in a very very compact lane. It’s hard enter the lane in case you have your SUV. The Rooms provided were okay and one plus point of being at this hotel was : you can walk to Har ki Pauri. It’s less than 500m of walk. This Hotel does not have their restaurant, however, they managed our lunch and dinner in other building which just few steps away. Talking about the room service : I stayed here for a day and wanted to use internet but they said they won’t be able to provide internet service today. This was upsetting. Also, no toiletry item was provided except towels and a soap for hand wash. There were no shower gel / shampoo provided.

The hotel is in a compact lane in the heart of Haridwar Town. It does not have a restaurant, but is part of a troika of hotels ( Hotel Le Grace and Hotel Suvidha). The food is served in Hotel Suvidha which is about a 100 metres away. The Manager Mr. Akhilesh is very customer friendly and personally attends at the table. The other staff however need to follow him on courteous behavior towards guests. The rooms were spacious, tv was working with the important channels. The toilets were slightly stuffy and needs improvement. All in all, a good hotel to stay for a day or two in Haridwar.
