This was one of our worst experiences. Being Senior Citizens we had asked the hotel to put us on the ground floor. Called them several times that we had one person with a fractured leg. To our dismay we were given rooms on the second floor with no lifts in the hotel. On entering the our room we could not move with the walker. It was horrifying to see that rooms had no wash basins in the toilets nor anywhere around. No apology was given by the staff who said that no refund could be given. Towels were old n discoloured. Even after booking and paying for two double rooms for two nights we had to leave within a few hours. This experience will never be forgotten. Even we had called the hotel several times to provide a plastic stool for the person who was in a cast. Shame that our booking was done through Agoda which has tarnished their own image.

At Walking distance from Railway station and bus stand. Staff behavior is also good. Restaurant is not operational that's bit disappointing. Some veg/non veg restaurants are located near to this hotel. Overall wonderful experience. Recommended for solo & family stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel and overall, I had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I appreciated the seamless experience. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was well-maintained with plenty of towels and toiletries. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the room tidy during my stay. The hotel also had a variety of facilities that I found enjoyable. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to continue my workout routine while away from home. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere for dining. One aspect that could be improved upon is the Wi-Fi connection. While it was available throughout the hotel, the speed and reliability were occasionally slow and inconsistent. This could be frustrating, especially when trying to complete work or stream videos. Overall, my experience at this hotel was positive. The friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and enjoyable facilities made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to others, with the understanding that the Wi-Fi connection may be occasionally unreliable.
