Most third class quality hotel. No value for money. They will provide you small single bedrooms instead of double room price. Good quality is worst. No service at buffet. No person will be there to serve. Foods will be kept insufficient in breakfast. Don't go for this hotel.

Everything is good except the price which is on the higher side compared to the facilities. Food is good. The location is crowded and the parking place is insufficient. I stayed in the roadside room and the trucks plying overnight and throttling bikes reminded me of Dhoom 2.

This location is pleasant. As you are all aware, it is one of Mizoram's finest hotels. The catering, service, and security system are excellent. Buffet offerings are in the modest level for me to eat (personal opinion). The behavior of the service provider is polite. The hotel is in a terrific spot, and it looks and feels nice. It radiates luxury and provides a stunning view of the outdoors. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. Facilities are very tidy and clean. The room's bathroom was very roomy and well-kept. Excellent location overall. Once more, I want to thank you for the fantastic experience I had.

Food was not up to the mark. Below average taste including breakfast items served cold. Service was professional but the friendly personal touch was missing. The hotel is usually full and hence the overall attitude of the staff was on a "take it or leave it" lines. Rooms were clean but the overall quality was not of the type one expects from a supposed top ranked hotel in the city.

I am not a usual guy who gives a review. When something different happens it matters. I always travel around and stay at good hotels. I was amazed by the efficiency of service and politeness and readiness to do things here. They treat you with a personal touch. Amazing. I have no say for the room as it never served the purpose. But yes the service O got never got me to think of my room. Room was good just 2 single beds instead of a king size. I checked in as 2 adults and 1 child. I still never understood why I got 2 single bed. My son fell of many times from the bed while sleeping as he had to sleep with one of us in a single bed. Otherwise amazing.
