Bohot bohot bohot hi ghatiya service. Ac not working, zero maintenance, so rude behavior specially manager santosh. I will never visit this hotel ever. And also suggest everyone to not visit this hotel. Very very bad experience.

Had worst experience at hotel regents... specially manager Santosh is so rude mouth and he misbehaves... he doesn't have manners to talk.... we faced many difficulties during our program... like AC was not working.... manager was not co-operating with us.... i suggest everyone to not visit hotel regent ever.
