I had a very bad experience in hotel Riviera. The service is delayed most of the time. Food is not that great with very less options.The room service was poor and there is no mention of any hotel policy anywhere but they will try to cover things in name of hotel policy for example the room were not cleaned because they were not told (which any normal traveller will expect). The breakfast starts at 8:30 am which is late in my viewpoint. Rooms have no fan only AC. It's highly un-recommended for a family.

It's a good place to have a clean and budget buffet in the morning in this area which will cost us only 150 per person and offer a lot of dishes like dosa, idli, sambar, chatni, vada, kesari and some more items also. But the toilets near the restaurant were not that good.
