Stayed here for 2 days on 29th n 30th of July 2023. Excellent view. Staff is very cordial n helping n just a bell or call away. Manager is very friendly n at all times he or his assistant are taking care of everything. Food is excellent. For a South Indian we did not feel as if we are away from home either foodwise or hospitality wise. Only a small hiccup is WIFI connectivity. Occasionally it was not getting connected or the speed is a bit low. This is the problem with connectivity throughout Leh, Ladakh. So in a way it can be easily ignored.

Depends on what kind of rooms one is getting. We stayed for 5 nights in 3 different rooms. First room was standard and I would give 4*. 2nd stay, the room was dark, small. Bathroom fittings were broken or damaged. Could give negative *. 3rd stay was very good. Spacious big room with nice view. Staff were good and polite but front desk could improve on politeness. Food was tasty and good variety.

I stayed here with my family in May 2023 for three days. This was a great experience in terms of hospitality and services. Rooms were neat and clean and entire staff was very well behaved. Hotel Manager Surinder at front desk was very polite & humble and ready to help. Quality of food was excellent and we really enjoyed our breakfast & dinner. Gulshan and team, at restaurant took great care of us and all guests. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend my friends & family to pick up this place, whenever they plan to visit Leh.
