Stayed here for 3 nights via Makemytrip kashmir package, rooms are clean and linen is good. Included breakfast is limited but tastes good, Menu is reasonably priced and delicious. Frequent power cuts are common in kashmir so it's not their fault. Location of the hotel is great too

I stay for 1 night in this hotel. I checked in at 2 PM in January month where temperature is 3 degree and there is no electricity at the hotel and my room is at 3rd floor so they started the generator, so that i can use lift and just after 10 minutes of entering in room they again stopped the generator. Only 2 led lights and television is working. we require heater but by requesting for electricity they refuse and told us wait till 5 pm. At 5 pm only they started generator and on next day 11 AM again they stopped the generator. We all guests are irritated by the manager response and behaviour. *I personally urge not to book this hotel specially in winters.*

Very nice rooms, can't say anything about the sheets tho(i dont think you'll find clean sheets at this price point anywhere), had all facilities, heater, hot water and a good restaurant too!

We stayed at this property for a night.. one thing which attracted ne was at the reception.. the boy there was very outgoing and good mannered. As we were waiting we found him going to the lift. We asked if we should follow him he said I'll first go check the room and come back.. I have not seen that range of service. And we left the next day very very happy.. pls meet I think his name is Suhail... the property is too good with team like this

I and my family visited Kashmir Tour in last week of October and stayed for two days at this particular hotel. My booking was for two super deluxe rooms but provided only one and another normal room, though we have paid to MMT in advance for two super deluxe rooms. Even in super deluxe room, no proper bathroom suport stuff provided, only two ordinary soaps. Towels are ruffle and dirty. Only good thing is theirs foods are fine. In future I will not going to stay here and not going to book through MMT. MMT should checked quality of hotel, as they assured me the hotel is new, fresh aminities will be available, but noted it's OYO type of hotel.
