I wish I could give zero stars to the hotel. Please do not come to this hotel else you will regret totally! 1. Room heaters are not at all effective and sometimes throw out cool air. Imagine heaters not working at -2 degrees. 2. Room heater timings are pathetic. It is switched off the entire night and morning timings are 5-8. You will never ever feel warm in the room and no matter how much you request them to turn the heater on, they will never do it. 3. Wifi doesn’t work most of the times and is extremely slow. 4. Hot water in bathrooms is very less and goes off within 5 mins. Staff behaviour was good and hotel has a great view. Come to this hotel only if you want to spoil your trip and fall sick because with the conditions above, it is impossible to stay with temperatures falling below 0 degrees. Please please avoid staying here.

Hotel ROYAL PARK is a perfect place to stay in Gulmarg .Great location really pleasant and clean rooms ,but the thing that make this such a good place to stay are the staff .All of the people r incredibly helpful and generous. And no request for assistance was a problem for them .the hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. .the hotel is well situated ,being close to shopping .transport and tourist sites . On my next stay ,I will definitely check into the hotel.
