Bad customer service, the manager doesn't know how to deal with customer and is somehow aggressive with customers all the time. You have to go to others room for water and stuff, even if you're paying amount for your single room. Not recommended, only stay here if you have no where else to go.

Can't say that it's good but not even bad if you look at its price. I spent three nights and each night costs 1100 Rupees. Rooms are small and washroom is not attached. Washroom is shared between three rooms. But its value for money as CSMT railway station is at walkable distance and lots of bus stops are nearby this hotel. Staff is polite and friendly. Room service is quick.

If u are going mumbai for an interview or some other work and you dont want to spend too much money this hotel provides a bed and a locker in just 300 rupees which is very amazing.a walkable distance from CSTM so you can catch your trains on time in case its delay.
