Cockroaches in the room, no hot water. Breakfast timing was 7:30, but wasn't ready until 8. No apology offered. No vegan options in the menu. Overall experience was bad.

Complimentary breakfast was very good. The bathroom was not convenient to use. Either hot water was not available or else all taps had hot water running in it.

I stayed in this hotel in 2013. i had booked the hotel online and paid the amount. The hotel wanted to see relations of my wife and children wrt to Aadhaar card. As I had forgot to take aadhar card of my wife, they allowed me to stay in the hotel whereas my wife had to stay in other hotel. This is bizarre behavior of the staff. THe room was dirty and without proper ventilation. Staff was extremely rude and food was not good. I visited Gorakhpur several time since 2013 but never went to this hotel after that incident.
