First positives : Location is good. Rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast is good but they need to start it at 7am instead of 7.45 or 8am as checkout time is 8 am. Clean Pool is the attraction. Reception staff is helpful. Food is good. Now Negatives: Rooms not clean as per 3 star hotel standard. Same for bedsheets. Towels, toiletries, tea coffee pouches are not provided automatically but guests need to ask 2-3 times for it. Room services is the weakest point of this property. Overall satisfactory experience. Management can improve the things for better experience.

Terrible waste of money. Rooms are extremely smelly and old. Mosquitoes everywhere and mice are running in the property. The hotel staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. And the checkout is at 8 AM, making this an extremely uncomfortable stay.

It was a very bad experience.I stayed here at 13/01/24 - 15/01/24,Rooms were very old,in some rooms ac not working, washrooms are too dirty. Room service is very pathetic. Food quality was good. Hotel manager was very arrogant.
