The owner of the hotel was soo rude firstly we were not ready to take the room but they insteaded us to take and gave untidy room then we asked them changed room and the rooms were very bad and all over the rooms they were hairs and later they dropped us near temple but asked us to purchase from their linked shop we didn't do they didn't pick us and when we came back through our own transport rickshaw they started shouting on us that black man who sits in reception waste fellow used bad words and I have a video proof and we were only ladies and it's washrooms are like public washroom no flush no cleaniness so request you to avoid taking this hotel stay instead go to holiday park hotel as they helped us alot as we were misrouted. Maharastra govt is wrost and the places in Maharashtra is so untidy. Think twice before u use this hotel

I have been a student of hotel management and I have understood what are the services of hotel and what not but here these people take money even for water bottle and our hotel management You cannot take money for drinking water and bathroom from the guest But here they take money for water bottles and don't talk to women properly don't talk respectfully And at night these people were drinking and talking rudely And the service they provide is very bad and ridiculous And lots of dead Cockroach in the bathroom and There is a lot of water in the bathroom and the water does not go away after bathing And in the service bathroom there was neither towel nor hair shampoo and hand wash It was a very bad and worst experience for me and my family and I recommend you not to go there...

The hotel is so dirty and fully loaded in the cockroaches 🪳 the owner is so rude and fake the are forcing to book a room in there hotel. And the charges is so high bht there facilities is ........🤬 Don't stay in this hotel
