“While staying at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Great place to stay with friends. The staffs were so kind and helpful. It's near the Bhagsu Water falls. I would recommend for any one who would want to go for Triund Truck. The Hotel is a ideal place to start the truck from. Even a small dorm is available just infornt of the hotel maintained by the hotel itself.The dorm is the cheapest compared to other dorms nearby.

We were a group of 12 people and each one of us had a bad experience here The rooms were pathetic. There was no lift to carry the luggage and we got the rooms on 2nd floor. The food they served was uncooked and when told to the owner he started to give excuses and ended up with a fight. His behaviour was unprofessional. When we asked them to give us Luke warm ( drinking) water they gave us water from the geyser of washroom. In short if you're planning to visit this place then It's a BIG NO as you'll end up with terrible experience.

Very pathetic hotel.poor room service.kind of low class hotels. The behaviour of the manager was very rude.if someone is looking for this hotel ,please change your mind.because it is going to be the biggest mistake of your life.stay in your vehicle instead.earthworms were all over there in there washrooms.blankets were very stinky.when we ask for clean blankets they denied.we have booked our dinner with them and we are a group of twelve people ,after serving half bowl (3pcs) of chicken manager denied to serve more..very rude behaviour it was.3pcs of chicken for a group a 12 member....isn't it a joke.😂just change your mind if you are looking for it.
