The rooms and location are great. It's very near to airport. The staff is really helpful at any hour of time. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, neat and clean. Some basic communication was found missing like what's reception or restaurant number, bathmat missing. But when informed the service was quick. We came in situation where my partner fell sick at late night and staff helped us get admit in hospital and gave prompt cab service too, which was really a need of the hour. Thanks to the Hotel Sand Heaven team.

Booked this property because of high ratings and walking distance from the airport as it was the last stop of the vacation but had a really bad experience. Twice it was informed before the check out night that we need to depart by 8:30am but still the breakfast was not served until 8:20. Had to ask twice for the cup to pour tea and unfortunately we had to leave without eating complete breakfast. Now comes the major issue as the room no 202 had mouse and has bitten the carry luggage from multiple spots, clothes and hat for which we complaint to the lady at the reception at the time of check out and she was not apologetic and just ignored by just looking at the bag. We could have ignored the breakfast thing if the staff was apologetic and attentive to the other major issue as we didn’t ask for any compensation but they could have been attentive so that the other customer don’t face this issue.

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, it’s very near to the airport and is centrally located. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Food here is good. Wifi connectivity could be better. I would stay here again wherever I travel to Port Blair next.
