Worst experience of stay ever.. Food quality is pathetic. Dal khichdi was literally a mix of milk and turmeric. Unimaginable ever...Very poor quality of food served. We booked an AC room. The water was getting stuck in the bathroom. Hot water was not available even at 6 am (even when we had already told them previous day to provide it early morning). Lift is not working, we had to go to third floor with luggage. Truly dissatisfied with this. For which service and facilities are they charging Rs.2000 per ac room? (Also, they don't give a proper bill for this)

I was traveling via NH48, so booked 2 Non AC rooms for 5 people. The location is quite convenient, directly on the highway not difficult to find. Hotel rooms were really sub par for the money they are charging. Service is pathetic, there's no lift in the building so if you're travelling with elderly then make sure you book rooms on the lower floors. There was no hot water in the shower. I had to call reception 5 times to ask for hot water, they would send someone and every time they gave the same answer that hot water would come in sometime just keep the tap open only for the hot water to never come. Finally I had to give up. Extra bedding in the room for the third person was very dirty and seemed not been washed for a while. Then I saw that they just keep the extra mattresses on the floor in the lobby, no wonder they're dirty. Only book a room here if you have no other option and need a place to stay for the night. Else any other decent rated hotel would do.

Well located right beside the highway. Firm mattresses were available which is very good. Room is alright. Reasonably priced. No lift yet(under construction). No tea/coffee and kettle in the room. Restaurant service is very slow(under staffed?). Dinner was average. Breakfast was good. Parking space is limited.

Business trip....booked online for two days....check in time was 12....managed to get room at 12.20 that too after requests and reminders to reception.... People managing the reception need to be given proper training in hotel management ...room at 3rd floor...lift under maintenance......hotel not worth the money...only good thing is the location as it is on the highway....will not recommend to anyone...
